We provide overseas recruitment services connecting candidates with verified employers across Russia, the Gulf and Europe. This includes sourcing, screening, documentation support, visa assistance and deployment coordination.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to provide accurate and truthful information, submit required documents in a timely manner, and comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Any false information may result in disqualification.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree to provide accurate job descriptions, honour agreed terms of employment, and comply with applicable labour laws. We reserve the right to decline partnerships with employers who do not meet our verification standards.
5. Fees and Payments
Registration and application are free. Any legitimate processing fees, where applicable, are communicated transparently and documented in writing. We do not charge hidden fees.
6. No Guarantee of Placement
While we strive to place every suitable candidate, we do not guarantee employment. Placement depends on employer selection, visa approval and other factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yu Global International is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Yu Global International and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
